My Name is Jamie Rubbo and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Sport Nutritionalist in Macon, Ga. I have been training for over 10 years. My husband and I both live a fit and healthy life-style. We know that exercise is not enough to change your physique, that is why your diet is just as important. Being your personal trainer, I will help you with both. Let me come to you and show you how to reach your fitness goals. If you don't have a home gym or access to one, don't worry I have access to a private training studio. So whether you come to me or I come to you, we will do it together.
